CajaSur y Secretariado Gitano promueven la formación para el autoempleo entre los jóvenes gitanos

Convenio con Secretariado Gitano 2017Córdoba, 8 de marzo 2017.- El director de la Fundación CajaSur, Ángel Cañadilla, y el director del Secretariado Gitano en Córdoba, Juan M. Reyes, han firmado un nuevo convenio de colaboración para la puesta en marcha de una segunda fase del proyecto Mercaemprende Joven, con el fin de generar empleo entre la juventud gitana a través de la profesionalización del comercio ambulante.

 La profesionalización, modernización, regularización y generación de empleo digno en el ámbito de la venta ambulante, a través de la formación, orientación, realización tutorizada de un plan de negocio e implementación, centrada en la capacitación profesional y mejora competencial de los comerciantes ambulantes, serán las pautas a seguir en esta segunda edición.

 Por este motivo, MercaEmprende Joven pretende generar un cambio efectivo en el ámbito de la venta ambulante que está sufriendo un progresiva precarización, favoreciendo la generación de empleo digno, la regularización de actividades, contribuyendo a la mejora de la oferta comercial e incidiendo en la inclusión social de un segmento de la población afectado por la discriminación y la exclusión social.

 El director de la Fundación CajaSur, Ángel Cañadilla, ha señalado que “esta segunda fase, la primera experiencia tuvo lugar el año pasado en el mercadillo de la Fuensanta, persigue hacer de la venta ambulante una actividad comercial atractiva y que mejore las condiciones de laborales al mayor número posible de familias cordobesas”.

 Por su parte, el director del Secretariado Gitano en Córdoba, Juan M. Reyes, ha agradecido la colaboración que CajaSur realiza desde el 2013 con su asociación y sobre todo “con este proyecto piloto que esperamos que pueda ser el inicio de nuevas fórmulas de innovación en el emprendimiento ambulante”.
