Seguidamente, le aportamos una información, que consideramos de interés, para que usted consiga ser más eficaz en el tratamiento de sus transacciones internacionales.

  • IBAN (Código Internacional de Cuenta Bancaria)

Para agilizar y abaratar el tratamiento de sus transacciones comerciales internacionales, es necesario aportar el IBAN de la domiciliación bancaria del receptor de los fondos.
Este código permite la identificación de una cuenta bancaria a nivel mundial. Su construcción es alfanumérica y está formado por un máximo de 34 caracteres.
Su estructura es la siguiente:

  • Los dos primeros caracteres son alfabéticos, identificando el país donde se mantiene la cuenta.
  • Los dos dígitos siguientes son de control, permiten validar el IBAN completo.
  • La parte final es el número de cuenta nacional. En nuestro caso se corresponde a las 20 cifras del C.C.C. (Código Cuenta Cliente). Es decir, Entidad Bancaria (4 dígitos), Oficina de la cuenta (4 dígitos), Dígitos de control (2 dígitos) y número de cuenta (10 dígitos).
  • Ejemplo: ES80 0237 0000 4538 0082 1921

Además, deberemos informar del BIC de la Entidad Financiera.
Para mejorar la identificación de su domiciliación bancaria, y así facilitar el cobro de sus ventas internacionales, le haremos entrega de cuantas -etiquetas IBAN- necesite, que podrá adherir en los documentos que considere necesario.

  • BIC (Código Identificación Bancario)

Es el código de identificación de la Entidad Financiera (SWIFT), imprescindible para el tratamiento automático de las transferencias internaciones.

INCORTERMS 2000

Son una serie de términos estandarizados por la Cámara de Comercio Internacional, creados con el objeto de determinar las obligaciones del comprador y el vendedor referentes a la entrega de mercancía, documentación y transmisión de riesgos.
Por consiguiente, le recomendamos que en sus contratos de compra-venta haga siempre referencia a los Incoterms 2000 de la Cámara de Comercio Internacional. Seguidamente le describimos de manera abreviada los Incoterms 2000 (formato PDF).
